SHIPPING POLICY
At Mowas, we’re committed to providing exceptional service and support throughout your shopping journey.
For ready-made products, delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.
For customized or out-of-stock items, delivery is within 15 to 25 days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make returns as smooth as possible while protecting the integrity of our products and processes.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, non-customized items in their original condition and packaging.
Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, unless they meet specific conditions listed below.
Full Refund Eligibility
A full refund to the original payment method will be issued only under the following circumstances:
The item arrives with major damage or defects.
Delivery for a ready-made product is delayed more than 30 days from the order date.
The order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
For customized products, a full refund to the original payment method will only be provided if:
The product is damaged majorly upon delivery.
The order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
(Please note: Delayed delivery is not a valid reason for refund on customized items.)
Exchanges & Credit Notes
For returns that do not meet the above conditions, customers are eligible for either:
An exchange for another product of equal value, or
A store credit in the form of a credit note to be used on future purchases.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team with your order details. All approved returns will be arranged and handled by our team as smoothly as possible.
